It has 2x2 uprights with 1-inch holes spaced 2-inches apart and will be compatible with rack accessories made with these same specifications in mind. The Synergee Foldable Squat Rack comes with a 42”-long, 1.3”-diameter pull-up bar. Pull-ups, muscle ups, a spot to hang our rings: this pull-up bar is perfect for your workout needs.
Squats
This rack has uprights spaced 42” apart, perfect for racking a standard barbell for your front and back squats! Each upright is 2x2, has 1-inch holes spaced 2” apart, and the rack can support up to 750 lbs! Squat heavy, squat often!
Bench Press
Tired of squatting? Start pressing! Our Foldable Squat Rack comes with J Cups that can be set lower on the uprights for your bench press. Note: This rack does not come with a bench. Benches are sold separately.
